Please Read Each Topic Concerning The Service You Have Requested In Order To Prepare For Your Upcoming Service. We Can't Wait To Meet You!​

Clear the area around the dryer.
Move any items near or on top of the dryer to give us at least 3 feet of space.

  • Empty the dryer.
    Please remove clothes or items from inside the drum.
  • Ensure access to the vent exit.
    Make sure we can reach the exterior vent hood (usually on the side or back of the home).
  • Secure pets.
    Our tools can be loud—keep pets in a separate area during the service.

Please clear at least 3 feet of space around all supply vents, return vents, and your HVAC system, and ensure there’s a clear path to each area. Move any furniture or fragile items to allow our technicians to work safely and efficiently.

We will be using an air hose inside the home, so if you have pets, please have them safely contained. If you’re concerned about keeping doors closed, we can route our hose through a slightly opened window—please ensure one is accessible if needed.

If sanitizing is included, please place your smoke alarms and security system in test mode, as the mist may trigger them. Contact your alarm provider if needed to avoid any false alerts during the visit.

No, you don’t need to be home, but we do require full access to all necessary areas of the home. This includes vent locations, the furnace or air handler, and the dryer (for dryer vent cleaning). If no one will be home, please ensure we have a way to access these areas.

To help us provide the best results and protect your property, please take a few minutes to prepare before our team arrives:

• Make sure all doors and windows are securely closed.
• Ensure we have clear access to all areas scheduled for cleaning.
• Confirm there is a working outdoor water source available.
• Keep pets and children safely inside during the service.
• Move any outdoor furniture, décor, plants, or other delicate items away from the washing area to prevent overspray or damage.

Our pressure washing terms of service:

We are not responsible or liable for any of the following:
Pre-existing damage to any parts of your home including siding, fascia, roofing, windows, screens, concrete, pavers, stonework, brick, tile, decks, fencing, gutters, or roofing.

Standard pressure washing does not include the removal of any of the following:
Rust, oil, grease, glue, paint, caulk, concrete, or any other non-organic material from your surfaces.

  • Please ensure that all of your doors and windows are completely shut.
  • Please ensure that we have access to all parts of your property.
  • Please ensure that we have access to a working water source.
  • Please ensure that all of your pets and children are inside the home.
  • Please remove all of your screens from your windows.
  • Please move any patio furniture that is obstructing access to your windows.

What if it rains on the day of service?
In order for us to keep our schedule intact and promptly serve all of our customers, we do continue to schedule window cleaning jobs even if there is rain on the forecast. We are able to clean windows in light rain but if there is heavy rainfall we will reschedule. Rain typically does not affect freshly cleaned windows but if you happen to see any spots within 2 days please let us know and we will touch up the windows for you for free.

Our window cleaning terms of service:
Regular window cleaning does not include the removal of any of the following:
Glue, paint, artillery fungus, calcium, mineral deposits, or any adhesives.
For any of these situations in particular removal of paint or hard water stains, a tempered glass waiver must be signed.

If you are home during the cleaning payment is due upon completion of our service. You may pay in the form of cash, check, or credit card. If you are not home during the cleaning service then we will email you an invoice with a link to a payment portal which you can then pay with a credit card. Payment is due upon completion of the work.

Payment for commercial cleaning services are due upon completion of work unless prior payment arrangements have been made. An invoice will be emailed with a link to a secure payment portal for your convenience.
